What is your cancellation policy?

Online Programs
All purchases for online programs are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Embrace: Conscious Mothers Group (membership)
You may cancel your membership at any time. No advance notice period is required. To cancel please send an email to emilyclouten@gmail.com. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Conscious Parenting Mentorship
Due to the limited spots and restricted application period, cancellations for the mentorship program are only considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. All cancellation requests must be communicated via email to emilyclouten@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that fees paid for the mentorship program are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon during the review process.
